Sobremesa is a line from Dunbarton Tobacco & Trust, created by Steve Saka (the same guy behind Liga Privada). The name isn’t random: It comes from a Spanish term meaning “the time spent relaxing and talking after a meal.” So the whole line is designed around: slowing down complexity over strength flavor progression instead of punch. Most Sobremesa cigars use: Ecuadorian Habano wrapper Mexican binder (San Andrés / Matacapan) Nicaraguan + Pennsylvania fillers t’s built to: evolve slowly stay balanced reward attention Example progression: First third: sweet spice + cocoa Middle: creamy, mellow, layered Final: richer earth, coffee, sweetness. It’s a thinking smoker’s cigar, not a “yard work” cigar.
